Dr. Renée Baker

Founder & CEO

Renée brings a unique combination of passion and practical experience to The RBI Group. Her unwavering commitment is not just to wealth management and investing but to investing in the future of all through financial literacy and building wealth.

Renée has an extensive resume of decades of experience within financial services and academia before becoming an entrepreneur. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, teaching advertising management and digital media strategies.

Renee’s advocacy extends far into the community as a mentor, community leader, and philanthropist. Most notably, she serves on several boards, including the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, where she chairs the Investment Committee; she also serves as Chair of the Admiral Society for United Way Suncoast. She is a board member of Girls Inc, Pinellas, where she serves on the Finance Committee and as Treasurer for the IDEA Charter Schools Fiduciary Board for Florida. Additionally, she is a Lifetime Member of Leadership Florida, serving as Statewide Awards Chair for 2023-2024.

Renée holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University, and a doctorate from Wilmington University. She has received several industry awards and was chosen one of the “20 People Who Will Change Wealth Management in 2020” by Financial Planning Magazine; was Penn State’s 2021 Smeal Alumni Award Recipient for Diversity Leadership; and was chosen as a 2022 BusinessWomen of the Year honoree by The Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Mark DiPippa

Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Mark is a seasoned advertising executive with over 40 years of experience, including 30 years as owner of a full-service ad agency, DNA Creative. His award-winning work includes clients in the entertainment and financial services industries.

DNA Creative is the pro-bono agency of record for Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy.

Mark also owns an experiential and event marketing agency, On the Go Marketing. Founded in 1999, his firm produces events nationwide for Fortune 500 companies.

Utilizing the combined resources of his companies, Mark conceived and created The Centsables financial literacy program. Its mission: to teach kids and their families about money. The multi-media, financial literacy initiative – the first of its kind – is currently licensed to banks, credit unions and financial advisors. Since its inception in 2007, the program has expanded to include teens, Next Gen, adults and seniors. Elements include: 5 interactive websites, books, comics, social media posts, DIY and turnkey events, branded merchandise, free mobile app “Centsables Dash for Cash,” lesson plans and more.

Mark has a B.S. in business administration and an MBA.

Mike Cronan

President, RBI Marketing

Mike Cronan is an ETF Industry innovator who is currently the President of ETF Insight, a NY based full-service content, TV, video podcast and digital marketing firm that represents several ETF issuers, RIA’s and industry participants. Having consulted on the launch of over 50+ ETFs in the last 5 years, he advises on the market positioning for new ETFs. His firm develops marketing programs for ETF providers with a focus on digital marketing, content development, distribution, and product strategy. Mr. Cronan was the President of Marketing at ETF Issuer; Exchange Traded Concepts having launched ETFs on their platform and other platforms. Prior to his role in marketing ETF’s, he was the VP of Sales & Marketing for ETF.com, starting with Index Universe. Prior to ETF.com, Mr. Cronan worked at Ignites and Fundfire held several (SVP) executive level marketing positions in global B to B publishing companies most recently with The Financial Times of London and S&P Global.

“Sam” brings over 20 years of experience to RBI Experiential.  As president of On the Go Marketing, she has developed and executed events and experiential marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies, public relations and advertising agencies.  Budgeting, staffing, permitting, production supervision, logistics and superior client service are some of her attributes.

Utilizing his design degree, Ari transitioned from designing record labels to founding a ground-breaking magazine “On the Go,” that served the fast-growing music industry in the late ’90’s. He co-founded the experiential marketing agency, On the Go Marketing, and services as the creative director for RBI Experiential.

Andrea Reddin

She has conceived and procured promotional products for leading financial services and entertainment clients. Andrea also supports clients with conference support, logistics and vendor management.

Samantha’s degree in early childhood education has enabled her to provide high-level insight into the educational components of RBI Wise.
