Dr. Renée Baker

Founder & CEO

Dr. Renée Baker spent nearly three decades inside financial services before founding The RBI Group. Her career includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Raymond James Investment Management, where she led marketing strategy for more than 8,000 advisors across seven distinct brands.

That experience was operational, not observational. Renée built teams, launched initiatives, worked through compliance, and learned what actually gets used, not just what gets approved. She understands the difference between strategies that earn buy-in and strategies that earn adoption.

Today, Renée partners with RIAs, asset managers, and wealth management enterprises to address the capacity and differentiation challenges that constrain growth. Her approach integrates strategic marketing with practical AI implementation, designed to help clients rise above the sea of sameness while building systems that give them time back.

Renée holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Wilmington University, an MBA from Penn State, and advanced AI certifications through the University of South Florida and AI Innovision. She teaches advertising strategy as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida and speaks at major industry conferences on marketing transformation and AI adoption.

She is the author of Abundance Unleashed: Redefining Wealth and Success and hosts The Unleashed Life podcast.
